Tanfeeth was established in 2011 to provide operational service, transitional capability and cost management support to Emirates NBD Group in order to enhance their market competitiveness through quality productivity improvements.

Getting the job done

Tanfeeth functions as an operational platform with international customer service standards. We handle the back-office operations teams for Emirates NBD Group, which includes: call center operations, collections, credit services, finance and accounting, human resource services, and international payments.

Tanfeeth provides fully-customized, flexible and scalable solutions

through “lean” processes, which are embedded in an entire customer-centric ecosystem. We contribute to Emirates NBD Group’s cost efficiency revenue, reduce risk by streaming processes and driving productivity. Our end goal is to continue to raise the benchmark for customer service across the region.

Community

At Tanfeeth we aspire to make a difference and connect with our regional community. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, Tanfeeth has partnered with the Dubai Center for Special Needs, a non-profit organization dedicated towards providing specialized education and therapy for children with various disabilities.

Twice a month Tanfeeth employees visit the Jumeirah-based school to volunteer support to its students and staff. Furthermore, Tanfeeth sponsors one student for a full year’s tuition and transportation cost as well as provides two students with a permanent work placement in our OPC team.
